ASP.NET Developer

Implementation Engineer
Responsible for software implementation and support at client sites, working closely with customers to ensure smooth deployment and resolution of issues.
Key Requirements:
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in software implementation and support.
- Strong knowledge of SQL and application support.
- Willingness to travel to client sites within the region.
- Proficiency in English and Hindi; knowledge of Kannada preferred.
- Hands-on experience with troubleshooting and end-user training.
Support Executive
Provide technical support and assistance to end-users, resolving software and hardware issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Requirements:
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in software implementation and support.
- 1–3 years of experience in IT support or customer support roles.
- Good knowledge of software troubleshooting and SQL basics.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.

Automation Testing (Selenium/Java + API)
Perform automation testing of software applications using Selenium (Java) and API testing tools (RestAssured/Postman) to ensure functionality, performance, and reliability before production release.
Key Requirements:
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in software implementation and support.
- 1–3 years of experience in Selenium (Java) and API automation.
- Experience with Selenium WebDriver, TestNG/JUnit, Maven/Gradle, and CI/CD.
- Skilled in API testing using RestAssured (Java) and Postman.
- Good understanding of SDLC, testing methodologies, and automation frameworks.
- Ability to design and maintain reusable test cases for UI and API.
Interfacing Developer (Senior & Junior Level)
Design, develop, and maintain interfaces between internal and external systems for HMIS applications, ensuring smooth data exchange and system integration.
Key Requirements:
- 2–4 years of software experience.
- Knowledge of API development and data integration.
- Experience with technologies such as REST, JSON, XML, and SQL.
